LaSondra Spears, also known as "Lala" or "Soda", is the Founder of Anchors and Arrows and a native of Dallas, Texas who was raised by parents from Louisiana. Her personal battles and subsequent victories through many challenges in life have given her wisdom beyond her years and a passion for people who are hurting and broken. She loves Jesus, her family and friends, and everyone she comes in contact with.
A graduate of both Navarro College and the University of Texas at Arlington, LaSondra holds degrees in Psychology and Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus on Social Justice. She is passionate about seeing justice for the unborn, the ending of sex trafficking, the restoration of the importance of the family unit, and empowering women. In the marketplace, she personally feels called to see change come to the entertainment industry, reformation in the prison system, the ending of institutionalized racism, and the restructuring of the education system.
True to the meaning of her name (compassionate helper of mankind), LaSondra is passionate about people and wants to see them encounter the love of God, understand the power they possess through Christ, and then help them to release it in their spheres of influence, bringing Heaven to earth.
